55 minute sessions

Either in person or virtually, I will meet with you for a 55 minute talk therapy session. Our sessions are your time to seek support in what you are holding. I am curious, warm, and engaging and hope to co-create a sense of safety in self exploration.

My rate is $140 per hour out of pocket. I accept Molina, Premera, Regence and Kaiser insurance plans. I offer sliding scale at the rate of $85-110 per session, but sliding scale slots are limited at this time. I offer in person sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I can offer virtual sessions Monday- Friday.
